How many plants can one RainBot oversee? 

One RainBot can guard one pot, if there’s only one plant in it, or if they have similar needs.

How will I know when to stop watering? 

With the help of our Plant database and watering guide, you can calculate the perfect amount of water for the plant. In it, you will find useful information about every houseplant.

How can I report if a problem occurred with my RainBot? 

If something happens with your bot, you can take a picture or video showing the problem, then send it to our team via email. We’ll figure out the problem and get back to you immediately with a solution! If we think the RainBot cannot be fixed, you will get a new one free, without sending back the old one.

Do I need Wi-fi or any internet connection for RainBot to work? 

Absolutely not. RainBot is a battery charged soil moisture meter so it will work even when the power is out!

What is your refund policy? 

If for some reason you are not happy with your RainBot, you can send it back to us in its original packaging to receive a full refund!

How long is RainBot’s battery life? And what do I have to do if the battery dies? 

The battery lasts 3-6 months depending on usage. After that you can change it to a new CR2032.
